Very efficient and knowledgeable customer service, and I was very impressed with the quality and consistency of the strand woven product (only two warped boards out of 25 or so packs). The only problem we have had is a slight swelling of joints adjacent to our back door, which suffers from many wet feet - by the time I got to the front door I was painting the tongues/grooves with clear drying PVA before nailing and this seems to have helped.

Great Service, Great product, Great price, easy to order & in stock. It arrived exactly when I asked for it (they use a dedicated delivery company for all their deliveries so they have complete control on delivery times etc and its not dumped on the pavement in the rain like some of the standard courier companies), I contacted a few other companies before buying from The Bamboo Flooring Company, one company let me order and pay before telling me the next day it was out of stock, the other company promised samples but they never arrived and it seemed to be run from someones spare bedroom !, I would not hesitate in recommending them, its a pleasure to deal with a professional company who know their stuff !!

I ordered the strand woven carbonised bamboo flooring from the Bamboo Flooring Company because I could not find a quality product here Italy. The sales people were very helpful in organizing my order (including the shipping) and everything arrived with no problems. We installed the floor in August 2007 and have been just thrilled with the look and feel of it. We used it in our kitchen and with 3 small children it takes a beating but it cleans up easily with just a damp mop and really looks wonderful. Thanks Bamboo Flooring Company!

The whole service was fantatstic. The website is very clear, although didn't realise that VAT is added on at the end. Ordering was easy, and delivery was very effiecient. One pack of flooring had come open during delivery but luckily, the planks were not damaged. The customer service was direct and polite, and helped with any query. The quality of the floor is also very good and comparable to hard wood flooring. And, bamboo is sustainable and looks great!
