Small accessories (less than 1m long) over £49.00 + VAT can be delivered free of charge.
Large accessories and flooring over £500.00 + VAT can be delivered free of charge (except to some parts of Scotland and Islands).
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) can be delivered next working day (except to some parts of Scotland and Islands), or on a day of your choice. Please note flooring orders take 1 extra day when you check out there is a calendar to choose your delivery date.
Someone will contact you as soon as possible if your delivery date cannot be met.

HOW ARE MY ITEMS DELIVERED?
Small, lightweight items will be delivered by Royal Mail. Heavy items will be sent by a parcel carrier – depending upon which delivery service you select in your basket.
Flooring orders up to approximately 5 packs may be sent via a parcel carrier. Larger flooring orders are generally delivered on pallets which are tail lifted off the back of a lorry with a tail lift and are a kerbside delivery.
