What are bamboo accessories?
Firstly, they can help to add the finishing touches to your room. When installing bamboo flooring, you will need to leave an expansion gap around the edge of your room. Bamboo accessories will cover these gaps over.
Secondly, you may need to use a bamboo accessory called a stair nosing if you want to have bamboo flooring on your stairs.
Finally, you have the choice of either matching the bamboo accessories to your floor or choose a contrasting colour.

Bamboo Skirting
Skirting is used to cover up the expansion gap which has been left in between the bamboo floor and the wall.
Bamboo Beading
Beading, is used if you want to keep your existing skirting board. The beading conceals the expansion gap that has been left between the bamboo floor and the existing skirting board.
Bamboo Stair Nosing
Stair nosing is designed specifically for installing bamboo flooring on your staircase. It covers a 90-degree angle of stair tread, and then bamboo flooring planks are used to cover the rest of the step.
Bamboo T-Moulding
A T-moulding is used to conceal gaps between doorways that have the same floor level either side.
Bamboo Threshold
A threshold is designed to be used when installing a bamboo floor next to a carpet.
Bamboo R Profile
An R profile is a ramp which assists with reducing the bamboo floor down to a lower level of flooring, for example: tiles or vinyl. This is used when floating your floor over an underlay.
Bamboo Flush Reducer
A flush reducer is a ramp which assists with reducing the bamboo floor down to a lower level of flooring, for example: tiles or vinyl. This is used when your floor is being glued down.
