Returns Policy
BAMBOO FLOORING RETURNS POLICY
You can return goods up to 30 days from the day after delivery all goods must be in good condition and unused. Please be aware you will have to pay the return delivery charge (Long length and heavy packs are expensive to collect).
If the goods are faulty/damaged you will not be charged for the return,you have 30 days to return these.
All returned items must be in good condition and unused.
The packaging should be unopened and clean (no paint, glue or plaster on them)
Please do not write on the packaging. If you need to attach the paperwork to the goods, please do so carefully so as not to deface the product.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any goods that we deem are unfit for re-sale.
Please ensure the item(s) are packaged adequately to withstand the method of return as they remain your responsibility until we receive them. Please note, if you are sending flooring back, the cardboard box alone is not sufficient packaging to go via a parcel carrier.
We can arrange for the goods to be collected from you but you are responsible for the cost.
If you choose to return the goods to us via your own methods, please ensure that you have sufficient insurance with the courier to cover the cost of the goods in case they get damaged in transit. Please read their terms and conditions carefully.
If your goods reach us damaged, we will refuse a refund. We will hold the goods for 14 days if you would like to collect them. After 14 days they will be disposed of.
