    COVID-19 update from Bamboo Flooring Company

    We want to reassure you that we are taking the current situation very seriously. Our main aim is to protect all of our staff and customers at this difficult time. For our staff in the offices we have rearranged the layout of the rooms to ensure that the desks are at least 2 metres apart. We have a 13,000m² warehouse with a designated area for each member of warehouse staff to ensure that at least 2 metres is kept between them.

     

    Orders and Deliveries

    We are still taking orders and delivering products as usual. You can order products online, or on the telephone. You will be able to select your chosen delivery date before you checkout. All deliveries will continue while couriers remain to operate as usual. We have an extensive range of cleaning products in stock and ready to ship and our couriers are still delivering as expected. 

     

    Showroom

    From the Government’s advice Hardware stores and building merchants are permitted to stay open so our showroom and trade counter will remain open.

    PLEASE WEAR A FACE MASK WHEN IN THE SHOWROOM.

    Monday - 8am - 5:30pm 

    Tuesday - 8am - 5:30pm

    Wednesday - 8am - 5:30pm

    Thursday - 8am - 5:30pm

    Friday - 8am - 5:30pm

    Saturday - 9am - 1pm

     

    Collections

    If you would like to collect your goods please place your order over the phone and book in your collection with us.

    Unfortunately we will not be able to load your vehicle with goods purchased, but we will be able wheel them to your vehicle.

     

    Website

    Our website will continue to remain open throughout this difficult time. We will endeavour to fulfil all orders while it is possible to do so. You can email us or contact us through the on-line chat if you have any questions about products.

     

    Samples

    We are still sending out samples of flooring and can send larger samples of flooring if required. Just contact us through the online chat if you would like to discuss this further. This service will continue while couriers remain to operate as usual.

     

    Staff

    All of our staff are fully aware of the government and NHS guidance of COVID-19 on cleanliness and social distancing.  The offices and warehouse are cleaned thoroughly multiple times a day, and all staff are washing hands often. All staff understand the self-isolation process if they or anyone in their family have symptoms.

     

    We hope the impact of COVID-19 has minimal impact on our customers and their families. We will keep this page up to date with any new or changing information.
