**Please note that the longer length at 1900mm will incur a higher delivery cost due to the complexity of shipping it. If you have multiple single doorways, you may find it cheaper to order multiple shorter lengths at 900mm, rather than multiple longer length.

Delivery

HOW ARE MY ITEMS DELIVERED?

Small, lightweight items will be delivered by Royal Mail.
Heavy items will be sent by a parcel carrier – depending upon which delivery service you select in your basket.

Flooring orders up to approximately 5 packs may be sent via a parcel carrier.
Larger flooring orders are generally delivered on pallets which are tail lifted off the back of a lorry with a tail lift and are a kerbside delivery.

If you have any special requirements or cannot accept the above delivery methods,
